This boot has been used by many with the PwnCNC ATC, and it will also work with the RapidChange ATC. This boot will allow you to use the full cutting depth of the machine without having to raise the stock way up. The main body of the boot moves out of the way for tool changes, and then back down again.

I don’t have your RapidChange yet, so I can’t say I’ve tested it. I have measured and simulated the setup though, and it looks fine. The boot moves up 75mm when the machine is doing a tool change. Assuming a 1.5" brush, which is what I typically recommend, that puts the bottom of the boot above the the 80mm spindle body. A small amount of brush sticks below, but it’s flexible and it will never go far down enough to touch the ATC.
Since the Masso controls the boot the same way with any linear type 2 ATC, there’s no risk at all of the Masso control not working as expected.
I don’t see situation where anything could crash the boot into the ATC.
Still, I will take your advice and update my product description to state that this hasn’t be physically tested yet. I appreciate your input.
