I have a woodworker elite and a Huanyang spindle. I have a 2.5” flex hose going from the CNC to a 4" line that feeds into a 6" trunk to my dust collector.
I designed this dust boot a couple years ago to be modular and easy to replace or swap in different components. There are currently two sizes of bases, and you can print both along with multiple brush holders which will give you a wide range of combinations to accommodate various bit lengths.
I’ve been using this for a couple of years now without any issues and have been very happy with it. I finally felt comfortable sharing it with others. I included the step files if you want to make any adjustments.
