After extensive testing I decided to make a redesign on my wooden dust boot plans. I took all the things I did not like about that design and have created what I think to be a much better design for the Makita router and Onefinity CNC. This 2 part boot can be modified to accept both 2 and 4 inch hoses and features a deeper .75x3" dust collection port eliminating air resistance and increasing pickup power. The deeper adjustable boot also allows the skirt to be adjusted to be level with the bottom of the bit providing 100% skirt coverage of the workpiece. https://youtu.be/LDiBLUlO4I8
