Looks like the official Software Version 1.5.9 (ATC Release) is live: Downloads - RealTime CNC

Just updated, installed and set up my 2 ATCs and everything works well so far with one big exception… I can only use one of my 2 ATCs. Posting here the same thing I sent to RTCNC support for public awareness ( @RTCNC ).

  • SETUP

    • Firmware 1.5.9

    • Onefinity foreman elite gen 1 redline

    • Redline VFD / 2.2 kw spindle

    • Rapidchange Onefinity easy ATC

      • 2 ATCs are set up and wired together acc to the instructions here: LINK

  • ISSUE

    • All setup went well for both ATCs via the wizard BUT… Software interface does not allow me to assign the slots 1-4 on ATC number 2

    • Via the main > tool > tool table window

      • I defined all my tool numbers and names

      • assigned my first four tools to ATC 1 and ATC slots 1-4,

      • then assigned my 5th tool to ATC #2

      • then received the error when assigning that fifth tool (ATC 2) to ATC Slot value 1 (error screen pictured below)

    • ATC1 is fully functional with tool slots 1-4 assigned, but I am unable to utilize ATC2 because I cant define the ATC 2 slots 1-4

    • Before someone suggests it, I tried assigning ATC2 slots as values 5-8 but it doesn’t work, just stalls out mid tool change when I command to load any tool in the ATC2.
