Elite homing switches precision

Hey Phil,

I share your opinion regarding inductive proximity sensors. I don’t have an Elite either, but Elite uses photoelectric sensors. I think their reliability was discussed the other day but don’t find it at once.

As you can see on the datasheet of a typical inductive proximity sensor (Omron E2B), the moment when it is triggered is very predictable and therefore brings accurate homing repeatability.
