Elite Masso Not Homing (Motor Alarms)

If your Elite machine is not homing, try the following:

  1. If your machine is on, ensure you power off the machine first.
  2. Ensure each axis (x,y,b,z) are 3 inches or so away from the homing sensor.
  3. Power up the machine.
  4. Push in the estop.
  5. Release the estop.
  6. DO NOT HOME.
  7. Go to the F1 Screen. (See this for password: What is the password for the Masso Controller? 1)
  8. In the center column, scroll all the way down so all 4 homing sensors and motor alarms are shown.
  9. Ensure all are green/low.
  10. For any that are red/high (except tool setter and estop), tap that line once and push the space bar. this will switch it from red/high to green/low.
  11. Once all green/low, reboot.
  12. Power up and estop in and out.
  13. DO NOT HOME
  14. Go to the F1 screen.
  15. Ensure the settings took and it’s all green/low.
  16. If it is, double tap home and all should work.
