Onefinity elite will not home. It’s says it is but no movement and then I get a homing error. Pendent does not work either. Please help

Can you provide a few more details…
-
Is this a new installation, or a set up that was previously in use and working correctly - including homing?

Can you jog all axes without pendant - and do they move in the correct directions?

When you say “It says it is (homing)…” what exactly do you mean/what is happening?

Did you install a Masso pendant or aftermarket, and was it ever working?
Are you able to share a copy of your printable settings file?

“The printable settings file option is available on the MASSO G3 and MASSO Touch only. It cannot be loaded back into your MASSO but it is your settings in a readable text file that you can uses as a written backup or share with others to help diagnose any issue you might have. It is one of the most valuable pieces of information that you can send to MASSO Support or share with others if you have an issue.
To save your printable file press the 
button and the printable settings file will be saved as a txt file to your Flash Drive under the MASSO/Machine Settings folder.”

I see Estop on at top of page (optional stop on)

estop line should be red high when the physical estop button is disengaged, and green low when it’s engaged. His looks right

My bad,
I assumed that the green Optional Stop- On at the top of the screen was refering to the E-stop (if not what does it refer to)
