ESTOP not registering on Elite Masso (FAQ)

Usually when the estop button is not registering on the Elite Masso machines it is due one or more power wires not connected or fully seated on the motor. All 4 motors must be registering power/ground connection for the estop to function as they share a common ground.

  1. check all wire connections on the machine and ensure they are all plugged in and fully seated
  2. check the power connection (red/black) at the motor under the motor cover. Ensure the wires are fully seated in the green terminal blocks and that the terminal blocks are fully seated in the motor. It could be helpful to remove it completely from the motor and the wires from the block, then reseat everything.
