Elite woodworker HARD Z Error

All motor lights are on and green. I have reviewed all wiring connections, and all appear to be connected and properly placed. I have been using this elite for a few months and have worked properly and have changed no settings. I can position the X,Y and Z axis setting manually on the Masso controller and all appears to be correct. This error Z changes to X from time to time when I turn it off and on - Thanks!

Hi Rick, your post is on the open forum, everyone can see it. You’re not sending a “private message”, you’re creating an open post that hundreds of people can see and reply to.

If any of you can take a few mins to help Rick solve his problem I’d sure appreciate it, and so would he. He’s in his 70’s and not familiar with message boards or open forums. I’m trying to help him to help himself when he has a problem with his Elite Woodworker. He cannot home his machine.
