Error 'utf-8' code cant decode

You’re file was not gcode. Also take care when you edit on windows because you’re file had an extra .txt at the end.

Give me some news about if you’re machine is now up (i.e. not freeze)

Apologize for delay, couldn’t respond yesterday reached my max number of replies on forum. Anyway I tried to delete file but no luck, not sure what I am doing wrong

Run sudo -i then retry the delete.

´sudo -i’ is a command to enable you to run as root. Root is the owner of the file regarding your image.

I don’t know a lot about these Lenox commands, not sure what sudo is

how would i type that in?

Sorry edited my previous post

Not 100% sure on how to type all this in

Type:
sudo -i [enter]
Then redo the same delete command that failed

Thank you! that fixed the problem

will do. thanks again

I’m having the same issue on mine. When I try the ls -lart/var/lib/bbctrl/upload I receive a response of ls:
invalid option - - “/”

got it to work. Thank you. I may have keyed something in error originally.

Ok there was a space missing between -lart and /

@blaghislain - I’m just curious - why can’t you do this over the network? It’s just a bunch of shell commands that should work equally well via ssh.

In fact we can. I edited the procedure. Original statements came from a onefinity post.
Thanks for your comment.

How do you reboot this thing after putting in the commands?

I’ve tried -r, -R, the help command tells you how to do it but it doesn’t work.

My machine is stuck on processing a file I tried to delete and literally does nothing now

I ajusted the procedure
