Just set up Onefinity but the screen has no display. It’s just black as if it’s not getting any power
I made a simple, and I’m assuming common mistake, which could be your issue as well - the USB (or power I cant remember) connection needs to be into the “touch” port not the “power” port.
You need to connect one UB cable between the controller and the monitor. The other one (power) needs to be plugged into a USB power supply. The controller does not supply enough power for the monitor.
If you’re doing this, then look at where you’ve got the cables plugged in to make sure they’re not swapped to the wrong ports.
There’s also a “power” button on the side, which my eyes can barely see that occasionally gets bumped in my shop.
