Wont boot past the blue miage screen on display

Hey all,

Im having an issue with my onefinity this morning where when i went to boot it up but the display screen wont boot past the blue miage screen that pops up first it just flashes on and off slowly.

Thanks if anyone knows how to address this issue much appreciated.

From your video it looks like it’s flashing…did you plug in the usb to wall power?

Issue solved display screen wasnt plugged in properly

Same here, thank you, the forum solved the problem quickly.

I did a general clean up and the next day was wondering where that USB-C power came from. Now I know!
