First two boxes arrived here in Eglisau Switzerland.
Looks like the heavy boxes will arrive on Wednesday. Very impressed that they managed to source the Swiss power plug! I was sure everything would come with the standard Euro plugs.
Eagerly waiting for the rest of the delivery to land!
Anyone else in CH expecting a Gen2 delivery? so far I have only been able to find one other 1F user in the country in Kloten.

I still find it weird that the Swiss do not have a cnc like this. however I also sold a set of clamps to a guy in Bern Switzerland and that surprised me as well. maybe the same guy?

There is a Swiss company that makes an Altmill clone (and other small 3 axis CNCs), but the components used and cost of labour and materials make it an investment not everyone can make. They partnered with Heidenhain for their more expensive machines, so that tells you a little bit about their intended user group. I believe for their smaller machines they have teamed with Francis Creations and his gSender controller.
Now that’s some serious lifting power! Those rails are HEAVY!
I think 1F should provide a free forklift with all purchases. (it would be easier on us retired folks backs) LOL
I Yes, I live in Bern. I’ve now received my second Onefinity. I’ve had the first one for over three years. The new Gen2 Redline also arrived in two separate shipments, which surprised me a bit. But the shipments arrived on time, just as promised.

Yes, you sent me the brackets. I don’t use them very often because they’re a bit too big—or rather, too long—for my purposes. They work well, though. Best regards, Andreas
