Ghost image in the final cut

Cut a project today and the CNC cut a ghost image in the final cut. The ghost image was offset about 3/8 of an inch. The image wasn’t totally cut into the project. It was about 30% duplicated.

I’m new to the CNC world and have no idea where to go from here

If you run the file in camotics software does it do the same?
