Has anyone ever used a .3mm router bit?

what would be the feeds on a bit this size/

I use .5mm 2 flute upcut bits for fret slots in very hard hardwoods at 20ipm with a DOC of .020, the flute length on the bits are only about 0.1". The answer will largely depend on bit geometry and what you’re cutting, I’d stay below 1 diameter DOC for sure.

I’ve used 0.2mm on brass,

Deep_of_Cut:: 0.013mm
Feeds_mm-min:: 48
speeds_rpm:: 24000
Stepover:: 30%
Plunge_mm/min:: 8
