This is happening pretty consistently and now I load the file twice out of habit. When I load a file from a USB stick, after I click load, I see the file, and I switch to the program view, but if I hit start or the physical green button, nothing happens, spindle doesn’t start and the machine doesn’t move. I have to go back to the load screen, click load again, then back to the program screen and the green buttons (virtual and physical) both work the second time. Am I doing something wrong? Is there a setting for this somewhere? Everything else has been working great, the machine does what I ask, so it’s usually operator error.

Are you hitting the ‘rewind’ button before hitting ‘cycle start’?

I don’t think so. I hit either the green physical button or the green button on the Masso screen. Do I need to hit rewind before start?
Hello, yes, push rewind before starting each new project. That should fix you up!
