Hf dust collector or shop vac

I believe this topic has been discussed many times forgive me if I’m wrong but I did not see the question of what draws more amperage the one horsepower Harbor Freight dust collector or a 5 horsepower shop vac please help thank you

HD 5HP Shop Vac: 940W / 132CFM
HF 1HP Dust Collector: 750W / 650CFM

Well here it is the one horsepower Harbor Freight dust collector takes 5.1 amps and most five or six and a half horsepower shop vacs is 10 amps
