New install of Redline Elite. When trying to home, all work well until Y axis then immediately creates a stepper motor error. Every time I clear and reset the Y machine position changes. -2.88 to -4.56 to -61.088 and on….Any advice is appreciated.
I’d check your wiring. Make sure the proper connections are being made and recheck the stop prong that break the stop beam. I had a similar problem when I first setup my Redline Foreman but after I went back and reattached all of the connectors and reinstalled the stops it worked.
Jim, Thanks. After going through them all, it still has the same issue.
Check your DIP switch positions on your Y axis stepper and double check in the manual to make sure its to factory specs
