How do i re download carveco? Support is non existant

When I tried to open carveco my computer can’t find it and I can’t find a link to re download it.

I contacted support but they’re awol.

This is from the FAQ on Carveco’s website:

Carveco Account customers:

If you have access to a Carveco Account (usually through a Sales Partner, direct sales agent, or select Machine Tool Partner), you can download your software from the “Downloads” page in your Carveco Account as soon as you activate your account.

There is no way to access a download page. Im logged in but see no such page

How long ago did you originally download and install it? Is there a chance it’s still in your Downloads folder?
