I want to be able to lower the Z value when making multiple passes cutting 1/8" Baltic Birch. It’s taking 7 passes at 10IPM @ 100% and I might need to add another. Last project took 4.5 hours and my fat fingers ruined it when the slugs didn’t drop out cleanly in places.
I guess I could set it to run one pass and manually reset Z between passes but it would be nicer to be able to have it done automatically.
I was able to do it when using Lightburn. You can enable Z axis if you goto Edit menu → Device Settings. Z axis control is on the top right in the Basic settings window. This allows you to change the number of passes and Z offset in the Cut Settings dialog window.
