Chuck, I got lucky and they shipped mine 10" screen without the magnet bracket attached. Its the block thats sticking up from the legs you noted. They sent me one and told me to glue it on with super glue. Maybe try some fingernail polish remover on the block and see if you can get it to seep i…

Thanks, @rockytoptim it helps to know that it miy be attached via superglue. I’ll have to be careful to keep the acetone away from other areas as it likes to eat plastic, but at least it’s something I can (carefully) try.

Superglue gets weak in the heat but then again, so does plastic.
