I’m working on setting up the Redline controller and having some strange issues since I got it. Finally, I got the right cable to connect it to the VFD yesterday. After digging through YouTube videos, I found the way to reset and reprogram the VFD to work with the controller.
I have a feeling that I do have a hardware issue with the controller, based on my experience during the setup. How can I test the USB ports on the controller? Should it work and recognize a USB mouse connected to those ports? Since it is running a PI computer inside, technically, those ports should recognize and work with a mouse. Is that correct?
