Redline doesn't read from USB

Just getting my Elite Redline set up. I got it homed, and want to start running files. I downloaded a test file from this forum, and it won’t read it. I hit the Import tab, click on USB, the arrow changes, but nothing shows up. Ive also downloaded the warm up and burn in files from Redline, same thing, they don’t show up. I’ve used 2 different USB thumb drives, one of which I reformatted.

Do they have a wireless transfer app like Masso Link or similar? You probably also did this, but check the usb connector in the redline, make sure no dust or any small particles. Restart with the USB stick in it. I assume your talking about the Redline controller. Because I have a Elite Masso with a Redline spindle, so this naming can get a bit confusing.

Send an email to support@onwfinitycnc.com and show your file in cad, reporting with the correct post processor, and trying to load on the redline controller

I downloaded the latest update to my USB thumb drive. Windows reads it just fine but my Redline will not read the thumb drive. I tested the port with my wireless mouse and it works fine. The thumb drive was FAT32 originally so I tried formatting as FAT and tried it again but it did not work. Any suggestions?
