Importing those pesky form tools

I had a time trying to put in form tools. Yeah, I know how to do it now, but I have a workaround that seems to me easier. I imported a whole list of tools from Amana, Well, first I renamed the tools I do have under the heading of “MY bits” not very original I know but. Then I went to the list I imported and found the bit that was exactly like the one I have and dragged to the “my bits” list and gave it the number I want it to have. Any tools I don’t have that were already in that list from previous machines I deleted. so now I only have to see what I actually have not a whole list of things I do not have. no drawings necessary. and I get the correct MFG. recommended feeds and speed till I am used to what each one does and then I can adjust as I wish.
