From what I gather the dimensions of the Journeyman are about 5’ x 3’ 6-1/4" at its feet (shown above in hatch marks) and 5’ 1-1/2" x 3’ 8-1/2" overall.
The Y rails are 3’10" with the stepper motor and the connector on the front, you should be ok if your planned enclosure goes around the 4’ dimension and not inside of that. The 6’3" dimension is more than enough for the X dimension of the machine.

OK great, I’ll add an edge all the way around to give it the extra dimension for the Y.
