Jogging motor alarm/Losing steps

Haven’t used my 1f Foreman in 6 months or better. Went down today to start tinkering and cut something out. During boot up and testing I kept having motor alarms just trying to jog the maching forward and backward. It was binding pretty frequently on the forward jogging (towards control panel). I assumed this was due to dust and lubrication. I wiped down all the dust and lubed all the rails and ball screws with 3 in 1. Still had a few bindings but noticed it was greatly improved if I jogged it at slower than 80%. Thought I could get away with running a cut on a piece of plywood. 3 different times it lost steps and eventually triggered a motor alarm. This was even with feed rate decreased to 50% from original speed. After the 3rd time I gave up and figured I need to get someone smarter than me to weigh in on what I might be overlooking.

I did take out the ball screw follower on the right side rail but didn’t look like there was any maintenance you could do on that specifically so I didn’t bother with the left side.

B motor alarm mostly during jogging. Don’t remember all 3 but at least one of the motor alarms during the cut was Y.

Anyone know what could be causing this?
