Jogging stops about a foot early toward the back. It started out I got a x motor alarm when I was homing. I Noticed the front stop block on the B side was flush and a had about .030 gap. So I went to homing pull back setting and a had a bigger number. So I made both of the 0.196. my machine came set to the
A 0.196 and the other number for B
Then I did a 0.150 then I get B motor alarm when I try to home. Then it lead to Y motor. so I’m bouncing back and forth from B to Y alarm.
I blew all everything with air. unhooked cables everywhere and re hooked.
I pulled the Y axis all the way back by hand it got a little stiff toward the back.
But when I jog from the Masso control it stops about a foot early. No problem jogging back…
so now after some sleep I an going remove the Y b motor and ch the ball screw I guess ans the worm gear and so on.
From there if still not right, should I align like when we set our machine up?
meanwhile I will be inspecting the motor and ball screw.
My little brain is fuzzed out.
I hope everyone is having a good weekend.
PS my machine has been put up for about a year.
Health problems
I guess I didn’t word my problem right. I don’t know what I’m doing is the the problem. I must say Grok AI from X has been a great help. We were up last night working on this problem. The sad and funny part is. I have a pretty fancy woodworking shop i have put together in my new home and I could not find my 2 Allen key sets anywhere. Thank God for Amazon. Amazon is a love hate thing.

Hello Scott,
I hope you are doing well. I have a new Elite machine and having some issues jogging all the axis all the way. Can you share some of the items that resolve your problem? My machine is completing the homing fine, but then the jogging will stop half way or less. Elite Journeyman. I’m in Texas. Thank you sir.
