Jtech Laser Mount installation and focus

I know it’s only day 2, but I am getting a bit frustrated.
Booted, dynamic off, saved, rebooted, don’t home.
M0S38! got a blink. Then nothing during any further Mid commands.

Dynamic off, saved, MS 38 turn on fan for laser. No reboot. Hit space between MS 38. Try that.

I’m getting warmer.
So i rebooted and tried again, M0S44 would blink. Then I’d have to reboot again to try again, that in itself is a little frustrating.
So I changed settings to Dynamic power off, pwm-min-dty to 5, saved and rebooted. That seems to have solved something with a few caveats…
With pwm-min-duty set to 5 I can now Midi M0S12 and get a steady beam. And move around with joypad. CAVEAT: since I cancelled the “homing” when I rebooted the Y axis won’t move any further forward than where it was at reboot. Minor problem, just move it forward all the way before reboot.
CAVEAT: I don’t know if this is related to that, When I do Midi M0S12 the beam only fired if joypad moves X axis to the right a little, in other words when I move X axis back to where it started light goes out.
Not sure if I need to or not, but I set the pwm-min-duty back to 1 when I also checked the dynamic power, saved and rebooted to Home and run file.

Why are you doing so many reboots. I never reboot. I run all day without rebooting. Did you try my suggestion exactly as stated? Why M0S44? I use
M3 S10. I said MS before but meant M3. So try M3 S10 and enter. Or M3 S12.

Well after much reading, I changed the pwm-min-dty to 5, that got it working at m03s10
