Thank you so much, well i guess i will go read it.
The manual and installation video would be a good thing to peruse before using any item or asking any questions
Hopefully @OnefinityCNC has some suggestions or possibly a fix for this loose fitting connector issue. I would imagine maybe a 3D printed part could be made to lock the connector into place more firmly.
Yes, it doesnât feel as secure or well seated as it should.
My rotary arrived last week - order 52096. However itâs missing the riser blocks, and the QCW mounting HW. I contacted OF through the info account listed in the email, but havenât received a response.
Update - OF is sending the missing parts
Give it a day. They must work through emails in waves.
I emailed them last wednesday and heard nothing til Monday. But then I hit them up with a second question and got a reply within an hour.
if you have a Foreman, it does not come with riser blocks for the y-axis. if those are what you are referring too.
I got my 4th one week after shipping notice, I got the setting in, thx to the manual onefinity told me to read.
the only thing that was wrong with my order was the QCW mount by the chuck, it was not finished machined. I let 1F know, and they overnighted new mounts. They shipped it on Monday, Received them Tuesday. Over the top customer service guys. Everything works perfect.
and now, because of onefinity, my wife already wonât get off my back about making something for EVERYONE.
So ummmmmmm, what kind of customer service does 1F provide about getting your wife off your back huh?
This is just a joke ladies.
