Redline screen vs using my surface pro

Hey. Can anyone give me some feedback on any pros and cons to ordering the redline screen vs using my own Surface pro? I like the look of the screen but if I can save a few bucks here and there. Quite honestly, ive had my buildbotics cnc for 4 years and one of the first things I did was smash the screen and been using my surface pro since lol. Any input is greatly appreciated
