Whenever I load a file to burn. when the laser is moving from 0,0 to start, the laser is firing, burning a line across the where the image will go. How do I stop it from doing that?
Can you post your gcode file here where it burned that? I don’t believe it is a problem with the gcode since the line isn’t as dark and constant as the design it burned, but just want to make sure. It seems like it might be either the settings in the controller or something. You did set up the laser the way they show in the setup video for lightburn right?
I had the same problem. I figured out that I was using the standard Onefinity post processor that creates an NGC file. When I downloaded and used the "Onefinity Laser (inch)(*.gcode) PP, and recreated the laser files as gcode the problem stopped.
