the ttitle says it all. Idc does not have one and i am not sure they even make one. so any help would be appreciated. 1/4 & 1/8 shank of course.
Why do you need it to down cut

Amana Tool - 46475 and 46476 are a downcut 1/4" bits. Not sure if you’ll find a 1/8" one.
so the top edge does not splinter
If you are cutting plywood or multilayer material I use a compression bit " SpeTool 5Pcs Carbide Compression Router Bit Up&Down End Mills 1/8 x 1 inch Cutter for CNC Mill Machine Wookwork 3D Profile Detail Engraver Carving".
I just made some French cleat brackets (3/4 thick) and it does great.
