Have a simple circle that I need to do an area clearance to create a 1/4" depth recess. I’ve tried doing both an offset and raster cut. Prior to upgrading to v1.4 I was able to do this without a problem. With the raster cut, the first time through the router depth changes throughout the first clearance round, including doing a deep plunge cut and then reverting to a smaller cut. With the offset, it went through the first round, OK, but when it began the second, instead of a small step down, it plunged the depth of my board (3/8ths). Anyone else experiencing this problem and found a solution? Has anyone else found Onefinity instructions on how to revert back to a prior build?

Here is how they do it.
How to reflash the operating system on the Onefinity BB controller (Full SD card image)
i have done it once and it works. Just takes a long time and you have to get inside the controller case.
I will say that I have been runnung 1.4.0 with no problem so I’m thinking you may have something else wrong like a loose connection to the Z drive.

HI Chris. Thanks for the info and suggestion. I checked the Z leads and they didn’t appear to be loose but I unplugged and re-plugged them anyway. I also re-installed v1.4 since you said you weren’t having issues. Not sure which of these worked but it fixed my problem. So thanks!
