Z Axis doesn't lower enough during program to carve, AND its not cutting to scale (solved, reset config)

Starting a few days ago, my Onefinity froze and needed to be flashed. Once completed, now when I try to run a carve file the router bit lowers to about a half inch over my surface, no more. So today I Zeroed the Z axis using the paper method, and it did carve but again not to correct depth and ALSO the cut was not even close to scale. For example, it was supposed to cut a 5" circle but it was only maybe 3" when ran. I’m not extremely tech savvy so i’m not sure how to trouble shoot these issues.

I’ve attempted to cut several of my files with the same issue so I believe its a CNC issue and not the file.

sounds like you didn’t set the correct z slider after the reflash:

Ok, I will give this a go and report back on the result. Thank you!
