Loss of power - Woodworker Elite

I have been away from my Woodworker Elite for about 2 months. It worked just fine when I last used it. It is in a climate controlled garage (68-70 degrees). I went to turn on the power supply and I have nothing. I’ve checked the power source and I’ve inspected all 3 fuses. All of that is good. I also checked that all plugs on the machine are in and had been inadvertently knocked loose. Any thoughts as to why and where should I check next?

Change the fuses. They often look fine but are not.

Already tried that. I’m going to check the e-stop next.

Hey Thomas,

I think the first check should always be the supply circuit and then the power cable. You would use a multimeter to check them, by setting it to 250 V AC and inserting the probes first into your wall socket, and then in the cable end of your C13 plug.

Next would be opening the box and checking the internal crimp contact that go to the switch / button, and to the fuses, also by measuring with a multimeter.

I would check if you have this issue:

Then if there is AC voltage everwhere, I would check the DC output of the internal Meanwell LRS-350 power supply, with the multimeter set to 50 V DC.

The Masso controller is powered by a 36Vdc to 24Vdc DC/DC converter circuit internal to the OneFinity Power Supply. Each DC output, the 24VDC to the Masso Controller and each of the 5 36Vdc to each of the motors has in inline fuse. Check the DC output fuse (1A) nearest to the ”A” Masso connector.
