Manually setting my zero with out my prob block, but work piece keeps moving on the

Hello, I need some help. I created a carve in easel but set the zero point to the midle of my work piece. I set it at x24 and y16. My carve is a circle and I want to start in the middle since I can not use my probe on it. I Home the machine load the carve and then move my gantre to the desired location x24 and y16. I hit the offset icon on my screen and my turns yellow. Also I notice this blue box on my project down towards the bottom has shifted over to the bottom left. The top right corner is now in the middle of my project. I get a caution the current tool path will move in the above axis limit error. All I am trying to do is set my machine to start in the middle of my work piece.

Place your material on the waste board, move the gantry to the center of where you want your circle to cut and then manually zero all 3 axes. No need to worry about where the X/Y coordinates in your drawing are showing the project center. If the center is the zero point of the project, you just have to zero your machine to the center of the material no matter where you place it in the waste board.

Yes, THIS.

I run virtually all my jobs from the center of the material. Many times I need to create a small reference circle in the CAD geometry to where I want my program zero located.

Hello, just wanted to give a little update. I was able to get some help with this issue and i will say it was my error messing up. I need to know how to use my software I use to create stuff. I needed to select in easel to set my zero in my center of my work piece.
