It appears that 5.13 has broken loading our factory default configuration resulting in a “System calibration memory settings is corrupted” error. We have reported this issue to Masso. If you experience this issue use the new factory default configuration files from here that are for firmware 5.13+…

This isn’t a bug, it happens when we move to a new internal settings structure to support additional features in the software. Because of this change, older settings files are not compatible with the new structure, and the system resets them to default to ensure data integrity.

This is a “Bug” your team should plan ahead and not change “internal” setting this far in the game.. Just to add some light to this we all waited for over a year to get just a few little crumbs of fixes/improvement. Moving from version 5.12 to 5.13 doesn’t require any special steps, though it’s always a good idea to back up your settings to a USB drive before updating — just to be safe.

FYI: I updated from 5.07 to 5.13 w/o a detected issue.

I didn’t like that they had a model that they changed after i spent 1000s to upgrade all my machines. i think if that was the model, it would be nice to grandfather those that have been here with you. i won’t buy another masso controller. i’m not a fan of their model or the way that they handled…
