I have the 240V 80mm Huanyang spindle. Everything has been working fine for months. Today I had a problem with the Probe in the Y axis where it kept moving and pushing the touch plate. I hit the e-stop immediately.
Went to run the program and did a manual S18000 M3 command just to check the spindle. It didn’t turn on for some reason.
Spindle runs in manual mode from the VFD.
MODBUS STATUS CONNECTION with a CRC ERROR.
PD163/164/165 are correct as original settings.

Disconnected everything opened the controller box to verify all connections looked good. Closed box and reconnected everything. Now I get a TIMEDOUT ERROR, but the CRC ERROR IS GONE.
I have continuity between 13/14 and vfd. Not sure how to check if a signal is leaving controller to VFD.
