Motor Fault when VFD is Running

Have been running my Onefinity with Buildbotics and an H100 VFD/2 pole 65mm spindle for several months now. Oddly, one day I started getting motor faults. In diagnosing, I found that the machine runs fine when I run it without turning on the spindle (to clarify, the vfd is powered on and connected, but I just never turn on the spindle). Then, I switched the VFD out for a different VFD (same spindle) and still get the motor faults. Again, if I use the machine without the spindle running and just “cut air” everything is fine.

Any ideas what could be causing this?

I have seen some other posts where Onefinity Support indicated a motor fault means the controller needs to be replaced for a bad driver - does that sound like the case here or is there something simple I am missing?

If it motor faults, a motor driver (s) is dead and a new controller needs to be purchased as the motor drivers are soldered and not replaceable on the bb buildbotics controller.
