It says that in the upper right-hand corner of the HMI version 1.1.0 is this correct? If not, what is the link to the latest software for the redline HMI? Also, can someone tell me how to put the jogging in continuous mode instead of step mode?

Can you connect to wifi? If so then just go into config and you should be able to just update from in one of those screens. Canāt remember which one off hand. I think 1.4.9 is the latest.

Jim. that is probably most of my problems am having.
updates are always here: Downloads - RealTime CNC
tap the left column with numbers under jog to do step mode. tap the right column with words (ultra/fast, etc) to do continous.
Manual:
The rate at which they are updating the FW might be the reason - yours may likely have been ācurrentā at the time your machine was going through production.
OK I got the newest software and used the āold fashioned USB methodā and it work perfectly. Thanks to everyone that commented. Now on to the next challenge.
