does anyone here have any ideas of what new innovations onefinity has in store for the las Vegas show to reveal? Personally I am hoping for much easier installations of the Revolution, and better integrations of the ATC without all the resetting’s to switch between one and the other. I hope Masso, Rapid Change, Vectrics and Onefinity can get together and smooth out this clunky integration of technologies.

i just want an easy way to integrate all the stuff we already have without having to jump through so many hoops. want to use the revolution press the revolution? Push the button and the Masso converts to that configuration and so on and so forth. The KISS principle. I do not want to become a software engineer. I am a hobbyist. Evidently with a very expensive hobby. By my reconning 10 to 12 grand so far. LOL
@HardtailSr Your true desire is for Masso to integrate this into their firmware. Put that request in with Masso directly with their ticketing system and/or on their forum.
they are about as unresponsive as a bride after wedding cake.
Don’t you think that Masso just might be a little more responsive to an OEM like Onefinity than to some hobbyist that hasn’t purchased anything from them.

You have to do this in the tool screen (F4). You have to do exactly what you described above, So what is your problem here exactly?
Before a Job you have to set-up all of your tools. Depending on your CAM program @breezy has made a program to export your CAM library of tools to Masso here: Convert CAM tool libraries to Masso tool file

So i am guessing here you have a 4th axis that isn’t always on the machine? ( who keeps the fourth axis on their machine at all times?) There are 2 ways of doing this. You can save separate setting files for each configuration and switch between them. Or What i do is just disconnect the 4th axis and remove it from the homing sequence. for the rest it doesn’t matter.
What would you like to see improved here?.. Yep no problem at all they say. So don’t be expecting any improvements from MR. Masso anytime soon.
