This was in my mailbox Friday afternoon. A gift from my nephew, David Weyer. He is a talented artist, entrepreneur, and fancier of the dozens of flying squirrels that inhabit his back yard. He is also a multiple term veteran of our Middle-East wars.Most impressive is that he is almost as good looking as I am.
This piece is, to me, spectacular. From the beautiful yellow tones of the quilted maple, through the precision of the map, to the beautiful detail and color choices in the lake.
