I actually had the Gen 2 elite Forman in my cart .was sooo close to purchasing , was concerned that postage was $1,000 dearer than Amill! they said that one finite was 100’s of pounds dearer .1st flag , as with the ATC thats surely not the case . now Alexes response from one f . mmmm now im worried and a little sad! I do hope they sort this problem out and be more transparent as this is defiantly not the case

I have read your post a few times and am still unclear as to what you are trying to communicate.
Perhaps it is the result of spellcheck, but regardless the words ‘…sort this problem…’ and ‘…be more transparent…’ are clearly stated . Since for most on the forum this indicates some level of dissatisfaction, I think it helpful and respectful to the forum and Onefinity if you try again to make your concern(s) as clear as possible.
It will likely help with both people’s understanding, but more importantly getting you an answer or resolution from Onefinity.
I am confused as well. Is the complaint is about shipping, or the cost of the machine?
