Heads up folks, for anyone that ordered this IPP upgrade in January or are anticipating ordering anytime soon- yet a third delay now. I just received an email stating they don’t have the spec’d 2Nm motors in stock, supposedly supplier “sent an excessive amount” of 1.2Nm motors and 1F is offering the 1.2Nm with a $100. gift certificate or wait until May for the correct motors stating they have “been used successfully on over 5000 1F machines” last time I checked the difference between the two motors is about 65% torque holding power and better acceleration curves for the 2Nm over the 1.2Nm. Really, May? This just never ends. I’m willing to accept an occasional delay, but I think since 2020 or 21, my first purchase, I haven’t received any item, but one, in the time stated although my cash made it to them immediately. Sorry, just super disappointed with continually providing cash flow to 1F for holiday presales and contined delays with really zero concession on their side. ( What’s the real value of a 100 dollar GC that’s only good for side stepping what you actually paid for to buy something else that may or may not show up when it’s supposed to? Ya, I guess my rants over for know. Not the first time these delays have been commented on and put through the forum mill. I just wish the fulfillment side was equal to the support side, which has always been more than exceptional from my point of view.
