Just a little disappointed because I did my best to get into “Batch 1” and found out today that due to my choice to use windows instead of the Red Line interface I will be actually in batch 2(if all goes well in software land). Also just noticed that the ATC I ordered on Nov 25th will not be fully operational on the Red Line controller until sometime in Q1 ‘26 so…
Also because I was one of the very first “Batch 1” buyers I noticed I was promised a collection of additional items such as SM Suckit dust shoe and other items that I simply omitted from my order because they were included because I was early in batch 1. I now don’t know what if anything is going to come with my order. Please keep us all posted on the Windows-Red Line interface software - The ATC -Red Line integration and exactly what will be in my “Batch 1” shipment when it arrives. As you can tell I am extremely excited about the purchase an all the challenges associated. Thank You, Steve
You will get all the goodies. Early adoption can be tough when the company is trying to figure out problems and solutions on the fly. You got the best deal you could have got on the best machine they have ever made. I feel your pain though!
That is good news about both the Gen 2 Batch 2 being shipped as well as the additional goodies being included. As an early adopter I understand about the challenges and I am very excited to start on my 1F journey with what I see as the best in class machine. Thanks and I will be patiently awaiting delivery. Steve
This is awesome. Thank you. There was no mention of fixing the bug where you cannot join wireless that is setup with no password. Any chance it was fixed and just not mentioned in the Fixed section?
My next hurdle will be to see that my Batch 1 CNC has actually shipped. Again really excited about this new adventure but it is a long slow way from Canada to Colorado!
