Im still waiting on my order and thought it would be shipped out tomorrow the 17th, from what ive seen here and with the customer service ladies have been saying. Just was told it will be another week. But still uncertain if it will be shipped then. I get all of the issues that have come up with this batch of orders but is it fair that the customers have to wait 10+ weeks to get their order even shipped?

Your order was manually put in after batch 1 closed as you messaged in to Stone to be included as you missed placing the order in time, and we ship according to order queue, so yours will be one of the last shipped (expected tuesday)

We did an exception for you to change your masso order to a redline order after batch 1 was sold out. This puts you out of batch 1 shipping queue.
We shared yours would be shipped mid november when we did the swap over.

Looks like you already have a ticket in with info and they told you the rails for your machine are built and shipping early next week. Same as they told you in the email

Info sent you and email yesterday that your order was in production currently and would ship out early next week. Shipping labels have just been printed for you.
