Onefinity Forman not following tool path after update

I need help. I after I have updated my Onefinity Forman Elite to 5.07. It will not stay on tool path.
It may do a small carve with no problems, It may not. I will drift off on larger carves. I have been working with Onefinity support, They have been great. So far we have ruled out a bad motor ny switching them. I have checked all the wires for continuity, they are working. My current set up I have all the wires going though the drag chain and I am using a shop vac as a dust collector. I have a spindle on its own dedicated circuit. But the Masso and the shop vac are on the same circuit even though the outlets are 20 feet apart. Is this a EMI problem ? Or a hardware. Has anyone else experienced this ??

You can test by running the same toolpath that has faulted with the vac off. It it works, it’s most likely the vac emi.

Sorry it took so long. I have ran with and without vacuum attached. Same results. It drifted. So i have replaced all the wires. Triple checked all conections. The y axis B moter has been the problem. Not moving correctly. Now with the new wires, the y axis b moter will not power up at all. After checking the connections, i took apart agian and checked for continuity. All good. All connections have continuity. Now i think either the moter is bad, or the Masso controller is malfunctioning. ( software or hardware). Anybody has any ideas on how to check these? Any ideas would be appreciated. Thank you from a owner of a very expensive and heavy paper weight.

Did you check your motor DIP switches to see if there is any difference? Check the recommended motor settings in the online manual.
Regarding the bad motor switch the motor with the X axis motor and see if the problem moves there.

You can check motors by swapping with a known good motor, a hassle but it is probably what 1F will want you to do.
