Shipping Status – delayed due to firmware bug – Our team is solving some firmware issues and are hoping to have these resolved in the next few weeks so we will start shipping out orders late June. Hardware is in house however, we are waiting to ship until firmware is fixed so it opperates as expected.

Hello Onefinity, is there any update on the ATC QCW mounts? I recall there was a quality issue

It will be several months before an atc qcw mount is in place. Once we realized v1 was unable to be produced to our standards it was back to the drawing board. V2 is in early stages of engineering. Then samples and mass manufacturing needs to happen, therefor a long process.

I’m not sure what I did to receive my Redline Spindle WAY earlier than I expected, but thank you @OnefinityCNC and @redlinecnc! It was a VERY pleasant surprise! Thank you!

Same here, plug and play in under 30 minutes. Looks very solid!

Same for me. Longest part of the process is tramming, and you gotta do that with any drive motor.

Can you clarify: for those of us who ordered the ATC with the QCW mount, will we receive the ATC when it’s ready and the mount later once it’s been redesigned so that we can surface mount it in the meantime? Or will our ATC orders be held until the mount is ready?

We sent out an email weeks ago to those who choose the QCW Mount (check your spam).

We’re sending out the atc when it’s ready, then sending out the qcw mount when it’s ready, so your atc will NOT be waiting for the qcw mount for ship.
