I am getting ready to enlarge 200+ 0.25 inch holes to 0.375 to accomodate threaded inserts in my 3/4 inch plywood table. I use VCarve Pro. With the BB controller, do I get better results enlarging those holes using a .25 bit with a pocket tool path or with an (internal) profile toolpath using a spiral ramp?
Given the fact the holes already exist, I would create a profile of a circle and cut on the inside. Less time for bit to do an air cut in the middle
