Onefinity woodworker and touch probe issues after probing complete and bit starts one inch above 3/4" workpiece. G-code is correct at .75 for wood thickness. and start depth is set at 0.0. Re-booted several times. All home numbers are zero. Need some help figuring this out. Thanks
A couple things to check.
First - have you set Z0 on the workpiece to the top of the board but in the CAM software is it set to the bottom of the board?
Second - what firmware number is your controller running and what Z-slider do you have. Somewhere after ver 1.1 there was introduced configuration settings for the Z20 slider.
That was it, Z0 was set to machine bed not material surface. Don’t ask me how it changed. But working now. :
